The Kiscadale Powered Scroll Forming Machine.
Our newest powered scroll forming machine, ideal for the larger workshop or
where mass production of scrolls and twisted bars are required. Like its
smaller manual stablemate, the Kiscadale Powered Scroll Former has very
small physical dimensions and draws the material into the tool. This enables
the machine to be bench mounted against a wall or even wall mounted on a
shelf or brackets. Operation of the machine is very easy to learn, a
complete novice can be turning out professional quality scrolls and twisted
bar with only an hour or so instruction.
Everything about the Powered Scroll Former is geared to speed of production.
Scroll forming tools can be changed in seconds and you can change from
scroll forming to bar twisting or ring rolling in less than a minute
with only one Allen wrench. The tooling is designed to allow the use of
different thickness material without the need to change the tool i.e. you
can scroll 50x6 flat and immediately scroll 12mm square bar and the tool
automatically adapts to the new thickness. |

The machine comes in two versions:
PSM12/240 (pictured above) which is a
semi-automatic machine capable of producing repeatable scrolls and twisted
bar and wire rope by simply setting the electronic controller to the desired
number of twists or the amount of scroll required.
PSM12/240M (Not shown) is a standard
version of the above minus repeater system.
