The manually operated scrolling machine is manufactured to industrial standards. The operating lever gives plenty of leverage, helping to make scroll forming, even at the maximum capacity, a single handed operation.

The MM10 Manually Operated Scroll Forming Machine.

Aimed primarily at the workshop and serious DIY/hobbyist that has only occasional need for scrolls or only has need for lighter scrolls. The MM10 manually operated machine is simple to use and the operator will be producing high quality work within a very short time even without training.

Should you feel the need for expert advice however, a one day training course is available in our workshop where you will be taught all aspects of setting up and using the manual scrolling machine plus basic welding skills.

The small physical dimensions of the MM10 Manual Scroll Forming Machine and the fact that the material is drawn into the tool rather than around it means that the machine can be wall mounted to save space. It can even be taken onsite for on the spot repairs if necessary.

The MM10 Manual scroll forming machine is supplied complete with 2 scroll formers (80mm & 125mm) and 1 bar twisting tool and chucks for 10mm square bar. Additional scroll forming tools and bar twisting chucks are available. If you need a particular size scroll, we can produce a tool to suit from either your drawings or a sample scroll.

Capacities:MM10 Manual Scroll Former

Scrolling:	6mm thick bar	Any width up to 25mm
	Multiple scrolls can also be formed at the same time e.g	2 ~12x6 flats

Twisting	10mm, 8mm & 6mm square bar (8mm & 6mm require additional dies available separately)
	Flat bar up to 12mm x 6mm can also be twisted as well as inserting twists into previously formed scrolls
